Board Certified in Gastroenterology
Dr. Saxe received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and graduated from Jefferson Medical College in 1984. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University Health Center of Pittsburgh and fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. He then served in the U.S. Air Force and was Chief of Gastroenterology at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. He has been named Teacher of the Year at Kettering Medical Center and is an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at Wright State University School of Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American Gastroenterological Association. Dr. Saxe is married and has three children. His personal interests include music, skiing, and backpacking.
